What can we do for you?
If you are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings that you occupy or own and they are non-domestic then you are responsible for complying with the duty to manage regulations for asbestos, as well as being responsible for the asbestos training that your staff need.
The person who is responsible for the maintenance of the property is also responsible for ensuring there is an asbestos register on the property and that any maintenance staff have had correct and up-to-date asbestos training .
Our asbestos survey complies with the legislation by producing an asbestos register we can also provide asbestos awareness training for your staff.
Our asbestos consultants will conduct asbestos surveys to determine if your business is at risk.
We can take on your whole national portfolio of blocks of flats and takeover the entire asbestos function, in addition to the compilation of the original survey report and register we will also produce a general site report noting any visible defects requiring attention.
On completion of the survey we will label any asbestos found with our own label and telephone help line. All sites containing asbestos will be monitored annually and reports updated with recommendations.
This process will ensure you have covered your due diligence requirements with regard to asbestos and have plans in place to deal with any detected asbestos.
How much will it cost?
We like to keep our costing simple and charge by the flat depending on the size of the portfolio, The following is our pricing structure for a portfolio of 100 blocks of flats. All contracts are based on the complete portfolio being surveyed and any previous surveys being changed to our format.
Survey and asbestos register per flat in block £15
Labeling detected asbestos per flat in block £10
Re formatting previous report per flat in block £10
Annual inspection and updating report and re labeling as required
(flats with asbestos only). £10 per flat per year.
